Our moutain guides

Our mountain guides are officially-certified and licensed. The mountains and rocks around Arco is where we are at home.

Hans Martin Götz:

They call him 'Pater' (priest) because originally Hans-Martin studied theology before he found his true passion in mountaineering. On his journeys and adventures around the world he discovered (at that time) almost unknown brands like Patagonia, Marmot and Timberland and brought them to Europe, where he started to market them sucessfully.

20 years later he came back to his roots. Today most of his life and job is all about mountaineering and climbing in Arco.

Massimo Faletti:

Massimo Faletti started sckiing and climbing when he was a child, he worked eleven years long for Alpine Rescue Service of the Italian Guardia di Finanza becoming also an alpine guide. In his free time he likes to find out new routes (moreover on mountains like Brenta, Marmolada and Cima D'Asta) discovering new places where to climb or bouldering as Val
Daone.

After leaving the work at Guardia di Finanza he started teaching in primary and secondary schools in Pozza di Fassa and Madonna di Campiglio, he also spent two summer seasons teaching by the Mount Cook school in New Zealand, and collaborated for a period of about
4 years for the associacion Friends of Arco.

Massimo actually works for local primary and secondary schools and for the alpine club S.A.T., where he tries to pass on his love for mountains through the organisation of climbing and snow science courses.

In winter he uses to work a lot in the Alps and Dolomites (Monte Bianco, Vallese, Zermatt) doing ice climbing and alpine skiing.
Thanks to his enthusiasm he is always looking for new places where to climb on rock or ice or bouldering.
